Dominic is a partner in our Real Estate Group and also leads our Senior Living & Social Care Group. He specialises in development and care home work. Dominic advises on project structuring, development agreements, joint venture agreements, funding agreements, acquisitions and disposals and landlord and tenant matters.

Dominic's recent experience includes:

• advising on the acquisition, development, re-financing and re-structuring of a portfolio of care home sites
• advising a public sector landowner on the £8 billion residential led redevelopment of Earls Court, London
• advising on the Bank Station upgrade project
• advising Thurrock Council on the c.£750 million residential led regeneration of Purfleet, Essex
• advising Dacorum Borough Council on the regeneration of the Gade Zone, Hemel Hempstead including a phase of senior living accommodation
