Richard is a partner in our litigation and dispute management practice group. He specialises in managing disputes for major domestic and international companies, with a particular focus on the firm’s manufacturing and industrial engineering clients and the energy / water sector.
Richard regularly leads teams of lawyers acting on complex high value High Court litigation. He also has substantial experience of resolving disputes through alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration, and advises clients on risk management with a view to avoiding disputes arising. Richard has particular experience in acting on complex contractual disputes, including supply chain disputes, outsourcing disputes and corporate transaction disputes.
