Patrick is a Partner in our finance group. He has experience of a wide range of banking and finance work including acquisition finance, refinancing and restructurings, asset based lending, real estate finance, bilateral and syndicated lending.
His recent experience includes:
- advising the purchaser in relation to the debt funding for the £307m acquisition of the NEC Group;
- advising a syndicate of lenders on the £150m refinancing of Dunelm Group plc;
- advising Bloor Homes / Triumph Motorcycles in respect of its debt facilities; and
- advising a syndicate of lenders in respect of the refinancing of ALE.
