Kath Cook is a partner in our Real Estate Litigation team. She advises on all aspects of contentious property both freehold and leasehold and has expertise in all aspects of ADR . She has particular experience in professional negligence disputes across a range of disciplines. Kath regularly advises clients across a range of sectors on contentious issues arising from their portfolio including financial institutions, public sector clients , developers, Prop Co’s , retail clients and corporate occupiers.
