Leonie McQuaide is a Senior Associate in our Employment, Labor and Pensions Practice Group at Eversheds Sutherland.
Leonie has particular expertise in Industrial Relations and Employment Law. Leonie acts for a wide range of private and public clients across a wide range of sectors.
Leonie is one of the firm’s leading labor lawyers and regularly advises clients on collective disputes and managing trade union relationships. Leonie has extensive experience advising clients on campaigns for trade union recognition, industrial action, pay negotiations and defending trade union detriment and blacklisting claims.
Leonie has extensive litigation experience and has defended claims in the Employment Tribunal, Employment Appeal Tribunal and Court of Appeal. Leonie’s non-contentious experience includes advising clients on day-to-day HR advice, TUPE transactions and also managing international projects for large Global organisations.
Leonie has co-authored an article for Practical Law and regularly delivers client training on a range of topics.
