She specialises in professional negligence and fraud claims. Elaine has experience of resolving matters by mediation and other forms of ADR. Her clients are major financial institutions for whom she has recovered millions of pounds in damages. She is regularly involved in large scale group actions involving complex issues around insolvency and insurance coverage.

Elaine also has many years experience of acting for insurance companies and large corporates handling employment liability and public liability claims. She has also been involved in large scale e-disclosure exercises as part of multi million pound litigation.
