Michelle T Davies heads the International Clean Energy and Sustainability Group which has advised on over 50GW of clean energy projects.

Michelle advises across the entire energy transition globally. Michelle's focus is on corporate strategy within the sector including M&A, equity raising and investment and exit mechanisms. Her clients include Governments, institutional investors, funds, utilities, IOCs and developers. Recent transactions include the world’s largest private PPA, M&A in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Sweden, Finland, Italy and projects in China, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Chile and Tunisia.
Michelle is actively involved in policy and regulation on clean energy. She sits on the advisory boards of MESIA, Climate Bond Initiative, DII Desert Energy, is Chair of REA Finance Forum and Africa Renewable Energy Association and many others. She was recently asked to join the UK Government’s Task Force for Electric Vehicles.

Michelle is qualified as a lawyer in the UK and the US (New York Attorney) and has a First Class Honours Degree from University College London and an Honours Masters Degree from UC Berkeley. She is a Fulbright Scholar and a John Rankin Scholar.
