Francesca is an Associate solicitor in our Human Resources Practice group, specialising in all aspects of Employment law.

Since qualifying in August 2013, after completing her training at Eversheds where she spent a year in the Employment team, Francesca has advised on a range of areas including TUPE, redundancy and discrimination, and advises employers in relation to defending tribunal claims.

She has experience in reviewing and drafting contracts of employment, settlement agreements, staff policies/handbooks, and advising employers on how to manage long term/persistent absences, and disciplinary and grievance issues. Francesca provides regular training to employers in a range of areas including bullying and harassment in the workplace, flexible working and employment law updates.

Francesca is also part of our immigration team advising sponsor licence holders on immigration matters. Recent experience includes advising private and education clients in relation to migrant staff and student issues, liaising with the Home Office when sponsor licences have been suspended, and undertaking internal audits for clients.
