She advises on joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, corporate security matters and is experienced in capital restructuring.

Leanne has a keen interest in the clean energy sector.

Prior to joining Eversheds in June 2015, Leanne trained at Douglas-Jones Mercer Solicitors in Swansea where she qualified into the corporate department in 2011.
