Rebecca is a principal associate in the capital assets product group. Rebecca specialises in non-contentious construction and engineering work.

Rebecca has extensive experience of acting on major construction projects and as advised on major commercial, residential and education developments. She has experience of drafting and negotiating construction and engineering contracts based upon industry standard forms and bespoke agreements.

Rebecca has particular expertise in the energy and utility sectors where she has acted on a number of large projects including major on and off shore wind farms, large scale solar projects, biomass schemes and large bespoke energy construction projects. Many of the projects Rebecca has worked on have been procured on a project finance basis and Rebecca has experience of successfully delivering construction projects within the constraints of a project financed transaction.
