Kevin Booth is a partner in and heads up the Development team of our Real Estate Practice Group in Cardiff. His practice encompasses commercial developers in both the private and public sectors, residential developers, senior living developers and RPs both national and local. Kevin’s team acts on all aspects of development from inception to ultimate disposal, including site assembly and acquisition, grant of building licences, negotiation of options, development, collaboration and other joint venture agreements and the letting and sale of developments (whether for occupational or investment purposes).
