Ulf has been practising law since 1983 including eight years as corporate and general counsel at ABB Sweden. He is a partner with Eversheds in Sweden.

As general counsel for an international group, Ulf has experienced the importance of legal issues in the day-to-day commercial business environment. As private practising counsel he has advised companies of all sizes on commercial negotiations and transactions.

During 1998–2006, Ulf was a member of the Board of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce.
