Per Westman is a partner and heads our Human Resources Practice Group.

Per’s practice covers most aspects of Swedish employment law. For example, he provides advice in connection with mergers and acquisitions, both regarding deal structure issues and consequences of a merger such as redundancy processes and labour restructurings. He has also through the years been advising clients on pension issues as well as representing companies as counsel in court and in arbitration labour law proceedings.

His recent experience includes:

  • advising a global manufacturer on its closure of business in Sweden;

  • advising a Scandinavian IT-provider in a labour law proceeding in court;
