Michael Nyman has over 20 years experience of qualified legal work and specializes in M&A, corporate law, commercial agreements and legal risk management issues.

Michael has a broad client base including not only private equity investors, growth companies and its owners but also global industrial clients and assists them not only in transactions but also with corporate law, corporate governance issues and a broad range of commercial contracts. Michael is an author of several books and articles in private equity and corporate law.

Michael also advises clients on how to identify and mitigate legal risks in areas such contract management, bribery and corruption. He has developed a web-based system for analysing and controlling legal risks with focus on growth with control and always achieving “adequate procedures” for managing legal risks. Corporations regularly engage Michael to educate directors and employees on issues around legal risk and compliance.
