She assists belgian and international companies on all the different aspects of individual and collective employment law and social security law. Florence obtained her master's degree at the university catholique de louvain-la-neuve (ucl), during which she spent one semester at the university of bologna as part of the erasmus program. In september 2013 she completed an advanced master's in notarial practice at the université catholique de louvain-la-neuve (ucl).
