Anouk Kerkhofs

Anouk joined the company commercial team of eversheds brussels in september 2015. She holds a master in law from the katholieke universiteit leuven (2015). She also studied at the université paris descartes within the exchange program of the european union. Anouk has been a member of the brussels bar since september 2015. Within the company commercial team anouk deals with various aspects of corporate law. She advises on various topics of corporate law, corporate transactions, restructurings, private equity and m&a work. She has provided legal assistance to clients in various industries, both at national and international level., Eversheds Sutherland
