Michael Loffler

Michael is a principal associate in our company commercial group. He specialises in it, technology and outsourcing. The majority of michael’s work consists of large scale, complex and high-value transactions, such as it outsourcing and projects with a technology focus. Examples of michael’s recent experience include: advising an international financial services institution on a strategic contract for it support services;  advising a global bank on a high-value, long-term technology and communication services agreement;  advising a utility on a major, multi-jurisdictional it outsourcing in a transaction which won a national outsourcing association award for innovation. Michael has extensive in-house experience. He has undertaken long-term secondments with a leading motor manufacturer and a global bank. He has also worked in-house with a world-leading microprocessor company.
