Catherine is an Associate in our Litigation and Dispute Management Group, specialising in Real Estate Litigation.

Catherine deals with all aspects of property related disputes for commercial and residential properties. Catherine has experience in advising on: opposed and unopposed lease renewals; service charge disputes, dilapidations; trespass and possession proceedings; breach of restrictive covenants and subsequent injunction proceedings as well as recovery of rent arrears from tenants.
