Simon tytherleigh is the senior office partner of the cambridge and ipswich offices and also the head of the employment team in cambridge. Simon is a partner in our human resources practice and has over 20 years' experience in employment law. Simon specialises in restructuring, executive severances and employment tribunal litigation. He is also an experienced employment tribunal advocate and has appeared in numerous complex cases including multiple claimant discrimination claims, holiday pay and whistleblowing claims. He has recently worked with a number of clients on new approaches to performance management and undertaking business process reviews on their employment policies and procedures.
