Mark has over 25 years’ experience in dealing with a variety of personal injury claims. Mark’s main areas of expertise include: public sector recreational claims. Representing the forestry commission and the royal parks in relation to public liability claims. Dealing with a variety of claims under the occupier’s liability acts, highways act 1980 and countryside and rights of way act 2000, to include tree claims, mountain bike/cycling accidents, tripping/slipping claims, designated play areas/facilities, operational activities on land, barrier incidents. A number of cases have been successfully defended to trial. Mark has advised the forestry commission on policy regarding on recreational access on their land holdings. A wide range of travel/leisure/travel related claims either under the package travel regulations (90/314) or litigated directly in other jurisdictions, covering personal injury and quality issues.
