Holly is an associate in our Company Commercial group. She specialises in all IP matters, both contentious and non-contentious.

Holly advises on brand management issues, drafts and negotiates a range of agreements relating to the use and exploitation of IP (including NDA’s, technology transfer, licensing, R&D, sponsorship, manufacturing and collaboration agreements). Holly also handles the IP aspects of corporate transactions and also advises in respect of IP audits for companies.

Holly’s contentious experience includes advising on the nature and scope of infringement claims in relation to a broad range of intellectual property rights including trade marks, designs, patents, copyright and domain names.

Her recent experience includes: advising a major water utilities company on a significant number of R&D agreements under different funding streams including a number of universities and international companies as collaborating partners; advising a large retail business on its brand portfolio, the purchase of new brands and dealing with the transactional aspects of the same; advising on a potential patent infringement claim in relation to new technology for a leading content creation systems developer and advising a well-known retailer in relation to a host of design and copyright infringement claims against third parties.
