Mark is a principal associate in the Human Resources Group. He advises on all aspects of employment law and specialises in restructuring, advice on employment contracts, the employment aspects of business transfers which fall within the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 and employment litigation. He is an experienced Employment Tribunal Advocate and has appeared in numerous cases throughout England, Wales and Scotland, including complex discrimination claims, whistleblowing claims and claims involving multiple Claimants and Respondents.

Mark has particular experience within the transport and retail sectors, acting for such clients as Royal Mail Group plc, NYK Logistics (UK) Limited, Superdrug Stores Plc and DFS Trading Limited.

Mark has written various published articles on different areas of employment law and also provides regular training, both to his own clients and at public events.
