Tom is an associate in our corporate group.

Tom advises business owners, investors and advisors on a range of transactions including acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations and corporate governance matters.

Tom has particular expertise in establishing successful joint ventures, using a variety of corporate structures to bridge the differences between stakeholders' competing interests and risk profiles.

Tom has degrees in both Computer Science and Law, and spent six months on secondment at HSBC within his legal training. Tom qualified in September 2012.
