Senior associate Dr. Dmitri Zdobnõh specialises in advising clients in the fields of corporate, contract, finance and tax law. He has more than 10 years of experience, including as an in-house counsel for the companies subject to financial supervision.

His experience includes advising companies on various finance related matters, such as listing, licencing of financial services firms, various matters pertaining securities and issues pertaining to anti-money-laundering, as well as on financing and M&A.

Dmitri is also a lecturer of taxation at the Tallinn University of Technology.
