Partner, Gaëtan cordier is a partner in our paris office, in charge of the ip/it & privacy practice. His practice covers both litigation and transactional ip/it & privacy matters. Gaëtan specialises in: ip law covering litigation and transactional patents, trademarks, copyright, know-how, unfair competition matters as well as sponsorship agreements and licence agreements; it law covering outsourcing, software and hardware agreements, services agreements, cloud computing, it marketing agreements, technology and communications regulation, e-commerce; data protection/privacy law and legal aspects of it security; commercial law, including commercial contracting arrangements, technology transfer arrangements and consumer regulations; and life sciences compliance and regulatory matters.
