Alice Allard

Alice is an associate in our international arbitration and public international law group. She is a member of both the paris bar and the new york bar and is fluent in english and french and proficient in spanish. Alice specialises in commercial and international investment law arbitration as well as in french litigation with a focus on energy sector disputes. She has particular experience in africa and the middle east. Her recent experience includes advising a state-owned entity against an uae company in an ad hoc arbitration relating to the performance of a gas sale contract and advising an italian company in relation to oil drilling activities in an african state under a joint operating agreement. Alice also has extensive experience representing private companies before the french courts in both first instance and appeal proceedings. Alice holds a master’s degree from the university of paris ouest nanterre la défense as well as an ll.M in international legal affairs from new york university., Eversheds Sutherland (France) LLP
