Christina Mangani

Christina mangani is an associate in our international arbitration group. She specialises in both commercial arbitration and in investment arbitration, and also conducts advisory work in relation to doing business in iran. Her recent experience includes a high value public international law case before the iran-us claims tribunal, a complex multi-billion dollar gas dispute, and advice to a major telecommunications entity in relation to potential investment treaty claims against an eastern european state. Christina also regularly advises on investment structuring to access investment treaty protections, and more generally on non-contentious analytical investment arbitration issues. Moreover, christina is involved in the revision of a state oil company’s model oil and gas contracts. Christina holds a master’s degree in international arbitration from the university of versailles st quentin en yvelines, as well as a master’s degree in french civil law from university paris ii – pantheon assas, and a bachelor of civil law from university college dublin.
