Maud Balagna

Maud is an associate in our ip/it & data protection practice group based in paris. She advises both french and international clients in the areas of intellectual property law, unfair competition law, information technology, data protection, internet, e-commerce and consumer protection law. She also advices on more general commercial matter. Maud is admitted to the paris bar and speaks fluent french and english. She.Holds a master’s degree in intellectual property and information technology law from the university of montpellier i and a master’s degree in business and common law from the university college of cork in ireland.
