Christof Lamberts is a partner in the Munich office of Eversheds Sutherland and Head of the Corporate/M&A practice group.

He specializes in complex cross-border M&A and joint venture transactions as well as corporate venture and private equity deals. Business-oriented, clear and comprehensive advice and stringent project management are key to his approach.

Having studied mechanical engineering prior to entering the legal profession, Christof’s legal and M&A expertise is accompanied by an understanding of the technical aspects of many of his clients’ businesses. He also has extensive experience in distribution law.

Besides his strong focus on large US clients, Christof is a member of Eversheds Sutherland's Nordic/Baltic Group.
