Kirstin McCracken

Kirstin is a consultant in eversheds’ commercial team in hong kong. Kirstin has extensive experience in advising clients on a variety of commercial matters, including representing clients throughout the process of procuring, negotiating and agreeing large it and sourcing projects, advising on regulatory matters such as data privacy, cyber-security and telecommunications, drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts and advising on ip, domain name and brand protection issues.  Her role regularly includes co-ordination of multi-jurisdictional projects and working closely with local counsel both across asia and beyond. Recent transactions include advising a middle eastern financial institution on its regulatory driven data centre re-location and representing a major japanese investment bank on its first ever global cloud transaction and its innovative utility compute model outsourcing (which was shortlisted for the financial times innovative lawyers awards asia 2015)., Eversheds Sutherland
