Kelvin Li

Kelvin is an associate in our corporate practice group specializing in mergers & acquisitions, initial public offering, ongoing compliance of listed companies and other fund raising transactions. Prior to joining eversheds, he worked at a leading international law firm in hong kong. Kelvin obtained his bachelor of law from the university of birmingham and was admitted to practice as a solicitor in hong kong in september 2013. His recent experience includes: advising a listed company in hong kong on its disposal of entire interest in hotel and serviced apartment in shanghai for a total consideration of approximately hk$1.67 billion; advising a very renowned university in china on its acquisition of a listed company in hong kong for an aggregate consideration of approximately hk$770 million; acting for a listed company in hong kong in its disposal of its interest in a media group in beijing for a consideration of hk$400 million., Eversheds Sutherland
