He focuses on cross-border acquisitions, disposals, investments, financing, joint ventures and restructurings for multinational corporate, institutional and private equity clients in Asia and internationally. He has also advised clients on regulatory and compliance matters under Hong Kong company and securities laws and regulations.

Sectors of particular experience and interest includes energy, technology, media, telecoms, financial services, industrials, construction and property.
