Dickson is a partner in our Hong Kong corporate practice.

He specialises in corporate and capital markets transactions (including initial public offerings and secondary offerings) in Hong Kong, multi-jurisdictional private and public mergers and acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations and private equity. He also has extensive experience in advising Hong Kong-listed companies on their regulatory and compliance matters.

Dickson is recognised and ranked as a recommended lawyer in the Corporate (M&A) practice in 2019-2020 and Capital Markets (Equity) practice in 2020 in Hong Kong by Legal 500 Asia Pacific.

He is admitted to practice as a solicitor in Hong Kong and England and Wales. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws from King's College London.
