Richárd 2015. február 1-én csatlakozott az irodához, mint partner és stratégiai vezet?.

Ezt megel?z?en, Richárd a Chayton Capital LLP és a Chayton befektetési alapok jogi igazgatójaként dolgozott Londonban, majd a Bird & Bird LLP budapesti irodáját vezette irodavezet? partnerként.

Richárd több mint 20 éves tapasztalattal rendelkezik a nemzetközi üzleti jogi világban. F?bb szakterületei a tárasági, kereskedelmi és tranzakciós jog ideértve közép-kelet európai vállalateladásokat és felvásárlásokat, private equity és joint venture projekteket. Tapasztalattal rendelkezik a projektekhez kapcsolódó ingatlanjog és finanszírozási jog, a kereskedelmi perek és választott bírósági eljárások területén is.

Richárd 1993-ban az ELTE ÁJK-n summa cum laude min?sítés? magyar jogi diplomát, 1995-ben az amerikai Harvard Egyetem jogi karán Master of Laws (LL.M) amerikai jogi diplomát, 2000-ben pedig a franciaországi INSEAD nemzetközi üzleti egyetemen MBA diplomát szerzett. 1996-ban felvételt nyert a magyar és new-yorki ügyvédi kamarába.

2006-tól 2008-ig az INSEAD Alumni Association magyarországi szervezetének elnöke volt.

Richárd joined the firm as a partner and head of strategy as of 1 February 2015.

Before joining the firm, Richárd was the Chief Legal Counsel of Chayton Capital LLP and its private equity real estate funds in London and acted as Managing Partner of the Hungarian Office of Bird & Bird LLP in Budapest.

Richárd brings more than 20 years of experience working in an international environment. He specialises in corporate, transactional and commercial work, including restructuring, acquisitions, private equity and joint venture projects in Central and Eastern Europe. He is also experienced in related financial and real estate aspects of the transactions and is an experienced litigator.

Richárd received his J.D. degree from Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest, gained his LL.M. degree at Harvard Law School, USA and MBA Degree at INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France. In 1996, he was accepted into the New York and Hungarian Bar.

Between 2006 and 2008, Richárd served as the President of the INSEAD Alumni Association in Hungary. He is the author of the Hungarian chapter of Mergers & Acquisitions, A Practical Global Guide
