Dr. Komáromi Péter 2005. január 1-én csatlakozott partnerként az irodához.

Ezt megel?z?en a Komáromi és Er?s Ügyvédi Iroda / Squire, Sanders & Dempsey LLP. egyik vezet? magyar ügyvédje volt. Korábban a Magyar Nagykövetség Kereskedelmi Osztályán els? titkárként dolgozott New York City-ben. El?tte tíz évig a Magyar Gazdasági Kamara Titkársági és Jogi F?osztályának vezet?je és Választottbíróságának ügyvezet? elnöke volt. Korábban a Budapesti Gazdasági F?iskola adjunktusaként és a Konsumex Külkereskedelmi Vállalat jogtanácsaként dolgozott. 1968-ban diplomázott a pécsi Janus Pannonius Tudományegyetemen.

A Magyar Kereskedelmi és Iparkamara mellett szervezett Választottbíróság tagja, az Amerikai Kereskedelmi Kamara (AmCham) Alapítvány Kuratóriumának elnöke. A KDB Bank Magyarország Zrt. Felügyel?bizottságának tagja, továbbá a Budapesti Gazdasági F?iskola címzetes docense.

F? szakterületei: nemzetközi kereskedelmi jog és a társasági jog. Kiterjedt tapasztalatokkal rendelkezik a média jog, az energia jog, a telekommunikációs jog, a projektfinanszírozás, valamint a nemzetközi kereskedelmi választottbíráskodás területén.

Péter Komáromi joined the firm as partner on January 1, 2005. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Janus Pannonius University of Sciences PÉCS, in 1968. 

Prior to joining the firm he was one of the senior partners of Komáromi és Er?s Squire, Sanders & Dempsey LLP. Budapest.

Previously Dr. Komáromi acted as first secretary of the Hungarian Embassy’s Commercial Counselor’s Office in New York City.  Before that he spent 10 years with the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce as the head of its Secretarial and Legal Division, and executive president of its Court of Arbitration. Previously he worked as in-house lawyer at KONSUMEX Hungarian Foreign Trade Co. and adjunct professor of the Budapest College for Economy.

He is on the panel of the Court of Arbitration attached to the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He is member of the Supervisory Board of KDB Bank (Korean Development Bank) Hungary, chairman of the board of trustees of the Foundation of the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) in Hungary and he is an honorary professor of the Budapest Business School.
