Mozahem is a principle associate and based in the Baghdad office.  He is a member of the firm's international corporate/commercial practice group.  He advises local and international clients on a wide range of matters in Iraq including regional investment ventures, mergers and acquisitions, general commercial law and tax.

He is extremely experienced in corporate registrations and licensing and he has an excellent understanding of corporate structures in Iraq and very good relations with the Governmental entities.

He is a regular speaker at conferences on the specialist subject of doing business in Iraq.

Mozahem was educated at Al Mustansirya University in Baghdad and Texas, USA. He is fluent in Arabic and English and a member of the Iraq Bar Association and the International Bar Association.

Mozahem is extremely experienced having previously worked for an international law firm in Baghdad. Prior to his career in the law, Mozahem worked as a senior manager for an international energy company in Canada.
