Tommaso Aggio

Tommaso specializes in corporate, commercial, and real estate law, both domestic and international, advising Italian and foreign companies operating in various fields including, without limitation, automotive, chemical, real estate, food and drinks and energy.

Tommaso provides advice on the following matters:i) M&A;ii) corporate;iii) real estate transactions;

iv) negotiation, drafting of and advice on extra-judicial compositions of contractual claims relating to a wide range of international and domestic commercial contracts (including, contracts for the sale and purchase of business concerns, guarantees, supply and sub-supply contracts, general terms and conditions of purchase and sale, construction contracts, guarantees, lease agreements, R&D contracts, license agreements, confidentiality agreements, etc).

Tommaso has also been involved in the setting up of subsidiaries and JVs in foreign jurisdictions (i.e., East Europe, China, India, Middle-East, North Africa and South America).
