Lana has worked on various forms of acquisitions and investments, representing local and international parties, including conducting due diligence, advising on suitable corporate entities and structuring, and drafting requisite agreements. Lana has previously worked at the Euro-Jordanian Export Program (EJEP) in Amman she was responsible for addressing all legal, regulatory and policy related impediments to export.

Lana has worked on various forms of M&A and investments including multi-jurisdictional transactions, representing local and international parties. Lana consulted in numerous assignments under USAID Economic Development Program (SABEQ Program) in relation to economic/regulatory reforms. She worked in USAID Aqaba Community and Economic Development Program (ACED Program), where she assisted ACED in drafting Instructions for the Establishment of Regulatory Office in ASEZA responsible for regulation of public utilities services, and Establishing Aqaba Hotels Association. Lana also worked with the Department of Municipal Affairs (DMA) in Abu Dhabi with Hovrath Consulting.

Lana attained her LLM in Intellectual Property and Technology Law from the University of Washington School of Law, USA and has a diploma in International Mergers and Acquisitions from the College of Law of England and Wales. She is a member of the Jordan Bar Association and the State Bar of California. She is also a Panellist with WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Centre and speaks English and Arabic.
