Ala'a is an Associate in our Company Commercial Practice Group. Ala’a specializes in Corporate structuring, day to day corporate transactions and contractual agreements His role entails:

Preparing and drafting private equity instruments; Preparing and drafting Articles and Memorandum of Association for LLC, PSC, Off-shore company's; Drafted, prepared and reviewed contractual agreements for clients across a wide range of commercial transactions, including lease agreements, agency agreements, supply agreements, licensing agreements, consultancy agreement, services agreements, subcontracting agreements, employment agreements, memorandums of understanding, purchase agreements and shareholders agreements; Drafted, prepared and reviewed several companies Bylaws; Handling day to day follow up with investors and international clients; Represented clients in civil and criminal courts, including Magistrate Courts and Courts of First Instance; Attended and pleaded in hearings in relation to various law suits and prepared the relevant notices, claims, responses, evidence lists and appeals; Registering all types of companies and drafting all the required documents regarding such matter; Registering International Trademarks and preparing the required applications; Drafting Minutes of meetings for the General Assembly's and the Board of Directors; Attending the General Assembly's meeting for all types of companies; Appointed as a Liquidator for several international entities; Legal researches to provide international clients and international law firms with consultations, surveys and analytical studies related to the legal system in Jordan; Research included Companies law, Taxation law, Privacy law, Commercial and Competition law, Civil law, Employment law, Investment law, Intellectual Property law, media law, Economic Zones law, Criminal law, Civil Procedures law, Criminal Procedures law Magistrate Courts law and Trademarks Law.

Ala'a obtained his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Jordan Law School. Ala’a is a qualified lawyer in the Jordanian Bar Association.
