Sarah Swift

Sarah is a partner in our London pensions team. With 20 years' pensions experience (8 as a partner), she has a range of trustee and corporate clients with large DB and DC schemes and advises on all aspects of pensions law. Recent work includes: advising a trustee board on a major corporate restructuring involving significant mitigation and de-risking measures; advising a company on liability management issues and advising a corporate on the move away from occupational DC provision to a master trust.

Sarah is a regular speaker at external and internal events (including the Butterworths Lexis Nexis conferences on pensions law). Sarah spent four years as an elected member of the Association of Pension Lawyers' Legislative and Parliamentary Committee. This is a body comprised of lawyers from the key pension law firms who meet once a month to review and comment on proposed new legislation.
