Corrine Bentham

Corrine is a principal associate in our employment labour and pensions group. She helps businesses to protect their workforce and reputation by facilitating global mobility and taking measures to prevent illegal working in the uk. Supporting global clients, corrine has significant international experience and works with our global network to provide multi-jurisdictional employment and immigration advice. A large part of corrine's role is working with uk clients to secure sponsor licences to employ migrant workers and support with skills shortages in the uk. She provides end to end support from applying for the sponsor licence, to making visa applications and managing ongoing sponsor obligations. Corrine has also worked with businesses who have experienced significant corporate structure changes to make the relevant reports to the home office and ensure they can continue to sponsor their migrant workers. Corrine regularly advises on prevention of illegal working strategy and policy. She has also worked with client’s to defend civil penalties which have been issued to uk employers.
