Gareth is a partner and leads the Real Estate team in Eversheds Sutherland Northern Ireland. Gareth specialises in advising institutional clients and private investors and developers on all commercial real estate matters. Gareth’s extensive experience includes large commercial office and retail leases both for the landlord and tenant, the acquisition and disposal of development lands (including site assembly), setting up and disposing of mixed residential/office/retail development schemes, and property co-ownerships and joint ventures.
