Rui Tabarra e Castro joined FCB in 2007 and became a Partner in 2017, where he co-coordinates the Dispute Resolution Department.

He has over 20 years of experience in the field of dispute resolution, providing legal assistance in civil, commercial and criminal court litigation. As a lawyer, he has worked in several arbitrations in the civil and commercial litigation areas.

He is also experienced in a wide range of areas, such as contracts, bankruptcy and company recovery, from first instance to Supreme Court appeals.
