Before joining the firm samer worked for 5 years (2008-2013) as an associate at an international law firm in doha. He previously worked as a legal counsel for a leading group of companies in doha (2007-2008). He is fluent in arabic, english and french.Samer advises on employment, real estate and corporate and commercial matters with particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructuring, industries and company incorporation, funds, ipos and listing.
