Phill is a Partner in our Real Estate Practice Group. He advises clients on a broad scope of real estate work ranging from corporate occupier, investment transactions, site assembly and promotion, real estate finance work through to complex funding transactions. He specialises in acting for commercial developers, funders and the public sector on complex development and regeneration projects including joint venture structures and strategic partnering agreements delivering multiphase, mixed used developments across a number of sectors. His recent experience includes: Leading a team of cross-discipline lawyers advising a private sector investor/developer on the acquisition of a large, complex mixed use site in a competitive assessment, and providing strategic advice over a number of years on the proposed regeneration of the site. Advising an investor/developer on the delivery of infrastructure works and the development of a complex mixed use employment/logistics and housing site. Advising a private sector developer over a number of years on a joint venture scheme with the public sector for the development and delivery of employment, logistics and residential schemes, involving advising on numerous forward funding projects.
