Partner heading the Real Estate team.

Michał specializes in real estate, construction and renewable energy law. He also deals with projects related to financing, infrastructure and joint ventures / M&A.

He has nearly 20 years of experience in legal advisory for business. Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, he worked at international law firms.

Michał supports clients in joint venture and development transactions with leading Polish and international developers. He advises on the acquisition, construction, lease and sale of warehouse, office, retail and housing properties (hotels, dormitories, serviced senior housing / nursing homes, Private Rented Sector housing). He advises funds investing in real estate in Poland. He has participated in pioneering PPP projects for the construction / financing of dormitories and a private hospital in Poland. He worked on dozens of real estate acquisitions and development transactions.

He is a frequent press commentator and author of trainings on real estate law, construction law, investment project financing and export contracts.

Michał is a law graduate of University of Warsaw and completed the course of study at the British Law Centre, conducted by the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw in conjunction with the University of Cambridge.
