Alison is a senior associate in our construction and engineering team. Alison specialises in non-contentious construction work, with a particular focus on transport, energy and infrastructure projects. Alison regularly works as part of multi-disciplinary teams advising a wide variety of clients, including private sector developers, transmission system operators, development agencies and concessionaires. Alison is experienced in drafting, negotiating and advising on both standard form and bespoke construction contracts; framework agreements; professional appointments; and performance bonds, guarantees and collateral warranties. Alison has developed a particular specialism in advising on complex contracts and frameworks for major infrastructure projects, both in the UK and internationally.
