Josh is a Senior Associate in the construction and engineering team based in our Leeds office. He has extensive experience in contentious construction work as well as advising on a broad range of transactional projects. He also has significant project advisory experience, helping clients pre-emptively avoid disputes. Josh has experience in all types of construction disputes (including litigation, adjudication and international arbitration) and works with both bespoke and standard form construction contracts (including all the major forms such as JCT, NEC and ICC). His recent experiences include a series of heavy-weight adjudications acting for a developer, an international arbitration (acting for an energy supplier), and high profile claims concerning defective cladding (and the Building Safety Act).
