Her expertise ranges from advising on development constraints such as restrictive covenants and easements to securing vacant possession (including from Telecoms providers). She has a particular specialism in rights of light and regularly advises on strategy and risk mitigation measures including light obstruction notices, s203, and flexible insurance products. She also specialises in dealing with complex litigation including injunction claims. She advises both high profile developers and adjoining owners and regularly acts for banks on development financing and as such is ideally placed to anticipate a lender's concerns.
