Laura Brook is a partner in our employment, labor and pensions group. Laura advises on all aspects of pensions law, with a particular focus on large, complex defined benefit schemes. Laura’s recent work includes a three way pension scheme split and establishment of new schemes as part of a global corporate restructuring, advising in relation to GMP equalisation and conversion, a large scale pension scheme administration outsourcing, assistance with member disputes and various scheme change and derisking projects. Laura has significant experience in relation to pension scheme governance and is leading the team’s response to the single code of practice and own risk assessment requirements.
